How to return an item you ordered from DivoDrip.
Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Items marked as final sale, innerwear, or customized/personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.
Sign in to your account, go to My Orders, select the item and choose Return. Our team will schedule a pickup or share return instructions.
Returned items go through a quality check on arrival at our warehouse to confirm they meet the return conditions before a refund is issued.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your bank account or UPI ID after quality check. For orders paid online via Razorpay, the refund is credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you would prefer a size or color exchange instead of a refund, you can select this option while raising your return request, subject to stock availability.
