How to cancel a Cash on Delivery order before it ships.
Self-service order cancellation is available only for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Orders paid online via Razorpay cannot be cancelled through this option once placed.
COD orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are shipped from our warehouse.
Sign in to your account, go to My Orders, select the order and choose Cancel. If the order has already shipped, please use the Return process instead.
If you paid online and need to cancel before shipping, please contact our support team directly at support@divodrip.com — we will process your cancellation and refund manually.
Since COD orders are unpaid at the time of cancellation, no refund is needed. For prepaid orders cancelled via support, the refund is credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
